The Role
This role is an integral part of the Moose Toys team, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales order management and process.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in an office-based customer service, operational support, or coordinator role
Direct experience of organising and managing multiple projects at any one time
Extremely IT literate (Email and Excel essential)
Outstanding attention to detail
Willingness to resolve anomalies through investigation and problem solving
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Passionate, creative, organised, team player
