The Role
To deliver an excellent customer experience by managing sales orders from receipt through to on-time, in-full delivery. You will take ownership of your customer accounts, overseeing the entire order lifecycle from order entry through to invoicing, while providing consistent support and communication throughout.
You will proactively identify potential issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to customers. This includes the accurate receipt, processing, management, and dispatch of all orders, while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service.
What We’re Looking For
✦Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, though not essential.
✦Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
✦Highly organised with great attention to detail
✦Brings a positive, team-first attitude, driven by curiosity and a proactive approach to ongoing learning and continuous development
✦European language desirable but not essential
