As we continue our B2B business growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as a Sales Operations Manager. This pivotal role will be responsible for delivering all aspects of sales operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of hands-on execution capability, organizational structure and a strong track record of success in sales operations within a startup environment.

This role is remote. We operate on Eastern time.

Key Responsibiities

Develop and execute sales operations strategies to enhance revenue growth and operational efficiency
Assist in designing, automating, and optimizing sales processes, such as lead generation, pipeline management, contracting, forecasting, and reporting
Provide hands-on support to the sales team with various sales activities, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with objectives
Collaborate with various teams to align sales operations with broader business goals
Support data analysis efforts to provide actionable insights for sales improvement
Help in monitoring KPIs to gauge sales team performance and areas for enhancement
Manage the sales technology stack, including CRM system, automation tools, and reporting platforms
Provide ongoing guidance and support to the sales team, fostering continuous improvement
Stay informed about industry best practices and trends to support sales effectiveness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
Proven track record of at least 4 years in sales operations roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting tools
High-energy and thrive in dynamic environments
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and activities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and drive results
Hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to thrive as an individual contributor while also providing leadership and guidance to a team
Experience managing and optimizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales technology platforms
