Key Responsibilities:1. Office Management:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Ensure the office environment is organized, professional, and conducive to productivity.

2. Human Resources (HR) Functions:

Handle employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training.
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Address employee queries and concerns, acting as a point of contact for HR-related issues.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

3. Project Assistance:

Assist the senior engineer in project planning, coordination, and execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
Track project timelines and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project communication.
Assist in financial aspects of projects, such as budgeting, cost tracking, and invoicing.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA in Finance, Human Resources, or General Management (preferred).
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in office management, HR, or project coordination (experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus).
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
Basic understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
