Summary of the job:

The Role of Operations Manager / Assistant Manager will usually revolve around liaising between the demand from the Sales team/ Direct Clients. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the adherence to the Client requirements basis the respective agreement with the client and seamless delivery towards the same.

Job Responsibilities

Planning & Demand management.
Real time response to coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
Adherence to vendors/customers / Internal Team queries. Manage daily orders received from our potential customers.
Manage the complete supply chain from sourcing to delivery controlled via system.
Knowledge of documentations, CRM and compliances.
Manage vehicles efficiencies, minimize losses and increase output productivity.
Manage team /fleet pilots on ground for deliveries.
Manage vehicle maintenance.

Desired Skills

5-7 years of working experience in logistics industry.
Open to travel.
Efficient in MIS and reporting.
