The Role of Operations Manager / Assistant Manager will usually revolve around liaising between the demand from the Sales team/ Direct Clients. This position will be pivotal in ensuring the adherence to the Client requirements basis the respective agreement with the client and seamless delivery towards the same.
- Planning & Demand management.
- Real time response to coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Adherence to vendors/customers / Internal Team queries. Manage daily orders received from our potential customers.
- Manage the complete supply chain from sourcing to delivery controlled via system.
- Knowledge of documentations, CRM and compliances.
- Manage vehicles efficiencies, minimize losses and increase output productivity.
- Manage team /fleet pilots on ground for deliveries.
- Manage vehicle maintenance.
- 5-7 years of working experience in logistics industry.
- Open to travel.
- Efficient in MIS and reporting.
