Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: The individual in this role collaborates with senior leadership to define and implement the Sales & Marketing division's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals. Their focus is on developing actionable strategies that drive growth, market penetration, and competitive advantage, ultimately contributing to improved profits and revenue.
Marketing Operations: The Head of Strategy & Operations leads the development and execution of marketing operations, including budget management, resource allocation, and performance tracking. They aim to streamline processes to enhance efficiency, optimize the marketing team's productivity, and positively impact the bottom line.
Project Management: This role takes ownership of key projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion. Utilizing project management best practices not only delivers results on schedule and within budget but also helps drive revenue growth.
Efficiency Optimization: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the Sales & Marketing division is a core responsibility. The objective is to implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline workflows, thereby improving profitability.
Chief of Staff Role: As the Chief of Staff, this role acts as a trusted advisor to the Head of US Sales & Marketing, providing critical support in managing their day-to-day activities, coordinating meetings, and ensuring strategic priorities are met, thus accelerating progress toward revenue and profit growth.
Stakeholder Engagement: The individual works to foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, external partners, and key opinion leaders. This collaboration is instrumental in breaking down barriers and propelling the organization forward.
Medical, Legal, Regulatory Review: Coordinate and oversee the review of promotional materials with medical, legal, and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Plan of Action and Strategy Meetings: Organize and lead Plan of Action meetings and large company strategy meetings, facilitating discussions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Business Review Meetings: Manage and facilitate business review meetings for the brand, assessing the overall financial performance of the business unit and identifying areas for improvement.
Compliance Liaison: Serve as the key liaison between the commercial team and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulations and preparing the organization for audits.
Digital Operations and Automation: Drive digital operations initiatives to ensure efficiencies and automation are in place, optimizing digital marketing efforts and enhancing overall productivity.
