Job Overview
We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and guide the financial strategy of a multi-site service provider to the paper industry. With approximately 500 employees across six U.S. locations, we’re looking for a strategic leader who can strengthen financial performance, support operational efficiency, optimize systems, and drive long-term organizational growth.

What You’ll Do

Lead financial strategy, capital planning, and long-term forecasting.
Oversee financial reporting, audits, compliance, and internal controls.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow modeling, and cost analysis.
Evaluate financial risk and support M&A activities and corporate administration.
Develop KPI reporting and financial benchmarking.
Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and Sales to improve cost efficiency, data integrity, pricing models, and overall financial health.
Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred.
10+ years of senior financial leadership experience (manufacturing or multi-site preferred).
Understanding of accounting, banking, capital structure, cost accounting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence strategy across departments.

Compensation

Salary is commensurate with experience.
