Job Overview
We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Leadership Team and guide the financial strategy of a multi-site service provider to the paper industry. With approximately 500 employees across six U.S. locations, we’re looking for a strategic leader who can strengthen financial performance, support operational efficiency, optimize systems, and drive long-term organizational growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead financial strategy, capital planning, and long-term forecasting.
- Oversee financial reporting, audits, compliance, and internal controls.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow modeling, and cost analysis.
- Evaluate financial risk and support M&A activities and corporate administration.
- Develop KPI reporting and financial benchmarking.
- Partner with Operations, HR, IT, and Sales to improve cost efficiency, data integrity, pricing models, and overall financial health.
- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience (manufacturing or multi-site preferred).
- Understanding of accounting, banking, capital structure, cost accounting, forecasting, and cash-flow management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence strategy across departments.
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience.
