Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Industry: Jewellery Manufacturing

Experience: Chartered Accountant with 10+ years post-qualification experience

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in pre-IPO and post-IPO environments
Strong expertise in statutory compliance, and financial governance
Expert in financial management, ensuring stability, compliance, and strategic growth
Demonstrated capability in cash flow management, risk assessment, and regulatory adherence
Experience in manufacturing sectors preferred (jewellery sector will be an added benefit)
Strong leadership presence with ability to engage effectively at Board level

Role Highlights:

Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to enhance profitability and sustainability
Lead IPO readiness, audits, taxation, and compliance frameworks
Ensure robust cash flow control and risk mitigation
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team
Partner with senior leadership and report to the Board of Directors
