The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company. This includes financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, and investment strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive financial performance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term goals. Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial statements, reports, and analyses to the board of directors and senior management.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Investment Management: Evaluate and manage investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and funding strategies.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow to ensure the company’s financial stability and liquidity.
Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team. Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
Strategic Initiatives: Partner with other executives to drive business growth and operational efficiency. Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 6+ years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in financial planning, reporting, and risk management.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
