The Opportunity

We are currently looking to add a Sales Operations Manager to lead, guide and support our daily sales counter operations.

What Will You Do?

Oversee the day-to-day flow of work at the sales counter
Ensure customers are welcomed and served quickly and professionally
Balance workload among sales staff during busy periods
Coordinate and Prioritize the activities of the yard and parts pulling teams
Identify and Resolve operational bottlenecks affecting the sales process
Ensure consistency in the order entry, pricing and documentation workflows
Monitor and Measure the compliance to established processes and procedures
Own the administrative execution of the Warranty, Shipping/Receiving, Order Documentation and Core Processing workflows
Provide daily situational mentorship and coaching
Identify training and development opportunities for the sales team
Create and monitor work schedules to ensure team productivity and efficiency.
Act as the primary liaison between the Sales Department and the Yard, Service and Administrative teams
Facilitate transparent communications between all departments
Proactively and Energetically contribute to Red Ram’s success as a member of the senior leadership team
