The Opportunity
We are currently looking to add a Sales Operations Manager to lead, guide and support our daily sales counter operations.
What Will You Do?
- Oversee the day-to-day flow of work at the sales counter
- Ensure customers are welcomed and served quickly and professionally
- Balance workload among sales staff during busy periods
- Coordinate and Prioritize the activities of the yard and parts pulling teams
- Identify and Resolve operational bottlenecks affecting the sales process
- Ensure consistency in the order entry, pricing and documentation workflows
- Monitor and Measure the compliance to established processes and procedures
- Own the administrative execution of the Warranty, Shipping/Receiving, Order Documentation and Core Processing workflows
- Provide daily situational mentorship and coaching
- Identify training and development opportunities for the sales team
- Create and monitor work schedules to ensure team productivity and efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between the Sales Department and the Yard, Service and Administrative teams
- Facilitate transparent communications between all departments
- Proactively and Energetically contribute to Red Ram’s success as a member of the senior leadership team
