Key responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing data and documentation, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
Data & Systems Management: Updating internal databases, managing records, and utilising systems like CRMs.
Operational Efficiency: Supporting onboarding, and aiding in GDPR compliance.
Support Functions: Assisting Director with projects and providing extra capacity during busy periods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in Software: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data management systems, and general computer literacy.
Organization & Detail: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational issues and take initiative.
