Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Administrative Support: Scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Data & Systems Management: Updating internal databases, managing records, and utilising systems like CRMs.
- Operational Efficiency: Supporting onboarding, and aiding in GDPR compliance.
- Support Functions: Assisting Director with projects and providing extra capacity during busy periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software: Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, data management systems, and general computer literacy.
- Organization & Detail: Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle operational issues and take initiative.
