Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic direction of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in account management, technology sales, and business development. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing teams, optimizing processes, and enhancing customer service to achieve operational excellence.

Duties

Lead and manage the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals.
Oversee account management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with sales teams to drive technology sales initiatives and support technical sales efforts.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking performance metrics, managing customer relationships, and reporting on operational outcomes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.
Provide leadership in business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Experience

Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position within a technology-driven environment.
Strong background in account management, technical sales, and business development.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive operational success.
