Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic direction of our organization. Duties
- Lead and manage the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee account management activities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with sales teams to drive technology sales initiatives and support technical sales efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking performance metrics, managing customer relationships, and reporting on operational outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing best practices.
- Provide leadership in business development efforts, identifying new opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience in an operations management role or similar position within a technology-driven environment.
- Strong background in account management, technical sales, and business development.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions that drive operational success.
