Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support the efficiency and accuracy of our sales team processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys improving workflows, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales department.
Monitor, respond and escalate all Sinch inbound sms’s
Manage and escalate technical issues related to CRM and sales tools.
Generate and distribute a weekly sales performance report.
Oversee onboarding for all new sales team members into our systems and tools within their first week.
Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency across all records.
Act as the point of contact for process improvements, collecting feedback from the team and implementing approved changes.
Monitor and maintain internal tools to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Create AD sales Canva presentations as required
Support AD Hok Growth team initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in sales operations, administration, or a similar coordination role.
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on sales data.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Aircall, or similar platforms.
Process improvement and change management experience.

Hours & Compensation

Part-time: 2 hours per day (flexible scheduling within business hours).

Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and skill set.
