Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to support the efficiency and accuracy of our sales team processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys improving workflows, and can balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the sales department.
- Monitor, respond and escalate all Sinch inbound sms’s
- Manage and escalate technical issues related to CRM and sales tools.
- Generate and distribute a weekly sales performance report.
- Oversee onboarding for all new sales team members into our systems and tools within their first week.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Act as the point of contact for process improvements, collecting feedback from the team and implementing approved changes.
- Monitor and maintain internal tools to ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.
- Create AD sales Canva presentations as required
- Support AD Hok Growth team initiatives as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in sales operations, administration, or a similar coordination role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and report on sales data.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Aircall, or similar platforms.
- Process improvement and change management experience.
Hours & Compensation
- Part-time: 2 hours per day (flexible scheduling within business hours).
Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and skill set.
