This is a remote-capable role.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the global Sales Operations organization
Salesforce.com support:
- Create new accounts
- Updating existing accounts and opportunities to include key data
- Create Opportunities based on data outlined in pricing models
- Entering Sales Operations requests
- Ensuring opportunities reflect accurate data when an opportunity is closed
- Managing de-duplication process (accounts and contacts)
- Conduct quarterly user audit
Identify opportunities to improve business processes that impact account and opportunity data quality
Creates and distributes ad-hoc reporting to sales management
Perform other administrative tasks that support the sales organization as directed by manager

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong collaboration skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Proficiency with OneDrive and Salesforce
Highly developed attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines efficiently
Ability to work independently
