We are partnered with an award winning SaaS company who are seeking a CRO to focus on growth and implementing a strong road map. Our client specializes in SaaS within the pet/pet care industry. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute revenue growth plans
Set clear, aligned, and measurable objectives and effectively communicate internal priorities, challenges, and opportunities that impact revenue growth.
Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives and alignment with forecasts
Oversee all revenue driving roles including sales and marketing functions including account alignment, rate cards, quota setting, deal desk, and commission.
Drive the team in the ongoing optimization of the enterprise customer funnels, from acquisition through engagement and retention.

Qualifications

5-7 years in management consulting, revenue operations, or other relevant experience.
3+ years in Revenue Operations leadership roles.
Extensive experience in SaaS sales as well as a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies
Proven track record of surpassing goals and driving revenue from multiple sources.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
