Job Overview: As the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the sales strategy for Truck Ranch. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales function, including sales planning, forecasting, budgeting, training and team management. Your primary goal will be to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and ensure the long-term success of our sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy and Planning:

· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

· Set clear sales targets, quotas, and KPIs for the sales team.

· Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine the sales strategy.

2. Team Leadership:

· Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.

· Provide coaching and support to team members to enhance their performance.

· Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture within the organization.

3. Sales Operations:

· Oversee all sales operations, including pricing, contract negotiation, and customer relationship management.

· Implement effective sales processes and CRM systems to streamline operations.

· Monitor and report on sales performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

4. Revenue Growth:

· Drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, market segments, and customer segments.

· Develop and execute effective sales trainings and initiatives.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, fixed-operations, inventory management, and finance to align sales efforts with company goals.

· Provide input into inventory selection and marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 10 years of experience.

· Strong understanding of automotive sales and market dynamics.

· Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

· High-Proficiency in Automotive CRM software and sales analytics tools.

· Results-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
