Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals
Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports
Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and insurance decisions
Lead IT strategy and manage vendor relationships
Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, and capital investments
Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in construction or real estate
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
