Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports
- Manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and insurance decisions
- Lead IT strategy and manage vendor relationships
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Partner with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, acquisitions, and capital investments
- Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in construction or real estate
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
