The Detail

The Sales Operations Lead is a key role within the with in the business. You will be the primary point of contact for all departments. You will be responsible for CRM maintenance and other sales support functions, forecasting and productivity. You will also be responsible and maintain all inbound and/or outbound lead generation. Other responsibilities within your role will be managing queues and case on the CRM system. This position reports directly to the President and MD where you will perform any ad hoc duties.

Position Overview

Supporting the business in forecasting & pipeline once the quoting issues had been resolved
Maintaining all lead generations around the business
Supporting Finance in providing additional information in reports
Creating documents to support new customer onboarding
Responsible for organising sales training for sales floor and new recruits

Key Responsibilities

Planning, analysis and reporting for the sales team
Support sales operational process and systems including CRM environment
Approving the Managers queue
Track productivity metrics on sales results by rep, by product, with year over year data in a useable and meaningful format
Assist with data entry (opportunity’s, system cleansing)
Raising New account cases
Supporting Sales in onboarding of new customers

WE’RE SEEKING CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Required Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years in Sales Operations
Experience working within an IT Service Provider/IT Reseller
Advanced MS Office skills required, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Experience with D365 desirable.
Capable of working as part of a team but also using own initiative.
High level of attention to detail required.
