Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our sales executives in the US by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Management:

Create and maintain standardized processes within the sales team.

Ensure adherence to established processes by monitoring activities and addressing any deviations promptly.

Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies through daily observations and implement changes to optimize workflow.

Document processes and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Analytics and Reporting:

Generate weekly and monthly analytics reports using Salesforce data.
-
Analyze sales performance metrics and provide insights to management to support decision-making.
-
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlight areas for improvement.
-
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Salesforce Maintenance:

Maintain data integrity in Salesforce by conducting regular audits and clean-ups.

Develop and implement processes to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
-
Provide training and support to sales reps on Salesforce usage and best practices.
-
Collaborate with IT and other teams to customize Salesforce as needed to support sales initiatives.
-
Hands-on experience with Salesforce is a must. Salesforce certification is a plus.
Sales Support:

Assist sales representatives with tasks that may impede their ability to focus on customer interactions.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries or resolve issues promptly.

Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to facilitate communication and alignment.
Ownership and Initiative:

Take ownership of projects and initiatives, driving them to successful completion.

Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
-
Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and commitment to achieving goals.
Qualifications:
-
2+ years of experience in B2B technology sales and account management.

Graduation in any discipline.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

At least 2 years of experience working with Salesforce or a strong understanding of its functionality.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Experience working remotely and in the Eastern Time Zone.
