Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced (Senior) Revenue Operations Manager to lead the operational and analytical backbone of our SaaS business. This role is central to driving predictable growth, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the scalability of sales and marketing processes. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and work closely with cross-functional teams to establish a robust operational foundation.
- Sales Process Optimization: Develop and implement scalable, data-driven sales processes using Salesforce to increase efficiency and predictability.
- Salesforce Data Management: Establish and maintain a single source of truth for customer data, including payment, usage, contracts, renewal timelines, and auto-renewal statuses.
- Pipeline and Forecasting Excellence: Design a pipeline management system that delivers accurate opportunity weighting, forecasting, and insights for new business, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Revenue Reporting & Insights: Build and manage dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable insights into revenue performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency across sales and marketing.
- Tech Stack Integration & Optimization: Drive better utilization and integration of Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools, ensuring seamless workflows, data accuracy, and minimal inefficiencies.
- Revenue Strategy Alignment: Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, providing data-backed insights to shape annual revenue goals, quota setting, and territory planning.
- Operational Scalability: Develop frameworks and processes that can scale with business growth, ensuring minimal disruption and operational resilience.
- Customer Retention & Expansion Insights: Collaborate with Customer Success teams to identify trends in churn, expansion opportunities, and renewal risks, contributing to proactive customer management strategies.
- Marketing Operations Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to measure and optimize pipeline generation, efficiency, and conversion rates, focusing on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with sales, marketing, and finance to align processes, tools, and strategies for maximum revenue impact.
Qualifications:
- SaaS Expertise: A proven track record in SaaS operations or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Salesforce Proficiency: Deep expertise in Salesforce CRM; knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
- Collaboration & Communication: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
