What does a Sales Operations Analyst do?
We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of experience, Working closely with the Sales Operations Senior Manager, this role collaborates closely with Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to streamline processes and maximise the impact of our commercial team.
Responsibilities:
- CRM Management & Optimisation: Ensure team accountability for accurate data entry, audit data for consistency, and set up workflows and automation to enhance CRM performance.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze key data to identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Lead initiatives based on identified risks or opportunities, ensuring timely and effective delivery across teams.
- Tool Implementation and Optimization: Research, implement, and refine tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to minimize disruption.
