- Working with the Resource Manager, ensure utilization data are accurate and up to date, and consumable in an easy-to-understand format that, when tied with historic revenue, secure pipeline, and probability adjusted pipeline, allows us to make accurate resourcing decisions.
- Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process. Collaborate across the growing org to align operational requirements with overall company objectives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency across the technical team. Develop and implement new operational processes and ensure user adoption. Support change management by guiding the technical team through operational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal workflow disruption.
