The Revenue Operations Analyst will work to optimize the daily operations of the business development, sales, and marketing functions, driving increased efficiency and productivity. By analyzing business initiatives and managing a suite of sales/CRM tools to deliver scalable insights and reporting that enhance revenue growth and operational effectiveness.
What you'll do:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help support daily operations of the business development, sales, and marketing org.
- Analyze and advise on improvements in our processes and systems to help boost productivity and efficiency.
- Help to revamp and operationalize our B2B Salesforce instance.
- Design, develop, and deliver robust and scalable reporting in Salesforce.
- Own and manage our sales & marketing tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Hubspot, LinkedIn SaleNav, etc.
- Perform analysis on our business initiatives driving actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at scaling revenue operations to increase level of efficiency and effectiveness.

- Improved operational efficiency: Demonstrating measurable improvements in the efficiency of sales, marketing, and business development processes, leading to increased productivity.
- Data-driven decision making: Providing actionable insights through analysis and reporting that result in better-informed strategic decisions and measurable business outcomes.
- System optimization: Successfully revamping and optimizing the Salesforce instance and related tools, leading to smoother workflows and enhanced functionality.
- Cross-functional impact: Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams, driving initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and revenue goals of the organization.
What you're great at:
- You are a Salesforce expert with a Salesforce Admin Certification, and have experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling Salesforce for B2B environments.
- You have demonstrated strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights from data, and build robust, scalable reporting systems that drive business decisions.
- You thrive in working across teams such as sales, marketing, and business development to streamline processes, improve systems, and boost operational efficiency.
- Be highly skilled in managing and optimizing a variety of sales and marketing tools, ensuring seamless integration and effective use to drive productivity and growth.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
