In this remote position, you will collaborate with various departments—Services Sales, Advisory, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and Sales Operations—to create compliant and persuasive Statements of Work (SOWs) and proposals. Your expertise will be critical in maintaining a comprehensive content library and enhancing our operational processes to align with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify Requests: Collaborate with stakeholders to outline plans, estimate scopes, and craft proposals.
- Analyze Requirements: Identify customer needs and gather relevant information to develop impactful business and technical documentation.
- Develop Proposals: Assess customer-defined scopes and legal, business, and financial criteria to formulate clear, compliant proposals.
- Coordinate Deliverables: Oversee the production of SOWs, proposals, and related materials while managing multiple projects to meet deadlines.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work alongside Services Sales, Advisory, Delivery, Legal, Finance, and other teams to deliver essential materials for priority clients.
- Document Review: Edit and organize drafts to ensure clarity and alignment with customer expectations.
- Deal Validation Meetings: Engage in discussions to confirm SOW content and implement necessary updates.
- Process Improvement: Partner with colleagues to enhance proposal processes, tools, and best practices.
- Knowledge Management: Regularly update and maintain an accurate knowledge base of company, software, and service information.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members on proposal methodologies and industry standards.
- Training and Communication: Facilitate training sessions on proposal best practices, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong aptitude for understanding and articulating complex business, technical, and legal concepts.
- Proven ability to foster and sustain collaborative relationships with sales and delivery teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience producing SOWs and proposals for substantial contracts.
- Experience in consulting or with software vendors is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A degree in business, communications, English, marketing, computer science, or related fields is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
