Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as an Online Sales Operations Manager .
Position Summary:
The Online Sales Operations Manager will oversee the online sales process, collaborating with the National VP of Sales and division sales leaders to drive the strategic growth and direction of the online sales program. This role focuses on the prioritization of opportunities to improve lead-to-appointment and appointment-to-sale conversion rates and customer experience, while providing coaching and training for online sales team members to exceed sales targets and elevate the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:

Manage the overall online sales process company-wide by overseeing responses to inbound leads received from a variety of marketing channels, appointment conversion of these inbound leads and proactive outbound lead engagement. Maintain company policies regarding lead handling compliance including adherence to Do Not Contact requests, outbound text regulations, etc., from marketing efforts.

Partner with home office sales, marketing and IT departments by providing input on the strategic direction and enhancement of company-wide applications such as the Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce.com), marketing automation, video platform, self-tour technology, etc., for online sales and onsite sales usage to ensure overall business improvement and customer experience.

In collaboration with home office sales, marketing, and business intelligence teams, analyze sales operations data, on-site and online sales performance metrics, site visit registration management / lead reporting, and appointment tracking of leads to increase sales conversion. Manage and disseminate operational sales data to division sales leadership including online and onsite sales performance, progress of sales strategies, and appointment to sales conversion results.

Collaborate with internal and external experts to design and implement training curriculum and materials, lead and facilitate online and in-person training events with periodic in-person visits with division sales leaders and online sales team members for relationship building, coaching, feedback, collaborative issue identification and resolution.

Establish and improve business processes and implement and refine sales training tools for the online sales team to maximize lead, appointment, and sales conversions and customer satisfaction.

Assist with the onboarding of new Online Sales Specialists, including systems set up, system troubleshooting, and sharing of company-wide processes and best practices.
Support senior leaders and division sales leaders by advising and proposing strategies related to recruitment, hiring, training, professional education, certification/licensing, and compensation planning for all online sales team members
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, Graduate degree preferred.

6 or more years of sales experience, management experience is preferred.

Sales experience in the homebuilding industry is preferred.

Highly skilled in working effectively with multiple management teams and sales team members across various geographical markets.

Proven ability to develop objectives, strategies, and plans related to all aspects of sales activities.

Demonstrated experience in training, coaching, and development of sales team members.

Adept at evaluating, adopting and leveraging technology to drive best practices and overall business improvement.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and sales lead engagement systems and tools

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Physical Requirements:

Travel required approximately 30% of time.

May be sedentary for extended periods, 4 or more hours per day.
Compensation & Benefits
-
Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $99,600-$158,300per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.

Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
