Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise the organization's financial performance, ensuring positive outcomes relative to the budget and judicious resource allocation.
- Remain current on nonprofit audit practices, compliance with state and federal regulations, and risk management best practices.
- Frequently visit operational sites and engage with local communities to enhance the organizational image.
- Support fundraising initiatives and resource development efforts to guarantee the organization’s sustainability.
Qualifications
- A deep passion for the organization's mission and culture.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (Advanced degree is preferred).
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in nonprofit management, including leadership roles in governance and fundraising.
- A proven track record in successfully managing complex projects across diverse teams.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in financial management and budgeting.
