Our client is a fast-growing player in the Enterprise Customer Experience market which sells AI Chatbox Agents and billing solutions to Enterprises and Telecoms Service Providers globally (Business Support Software software - BSS). They are USA-based and in the 170-200 person bracket.
I am looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to be based 5 days a week at their offices in Denver (unless traveling).
Criteria for the position:
- Bachelor’s University Degree with a min of 3.8 GPA
- Enterprise software sales experience (Telecoms sector knowledge would be a plus but it is not mandatory)
- People management experience - ideally you would have managed a team of 15-20 people, preferably globally
- Enterprise sales experience with a minimum average deal size of 250K USD
- Experience in managing Sales KPI’s for sales funnel and pipeline build. E.g. Track the number of calls made weekly
- Enterprise sales process
- Experience with Salesforce Dashboards
- SaaS ARR Sales experience
- Experience hiring sales staff
- Experience in sales performance improvement
- Experience in coaching sales staff
- Deal profitability analysis
- Go to market strategy
- Sales budgeting
