ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Advisory Sales Operations Analyst is a role designed to provide organization, process improvement and support to the Advisory Sales team at Apex Fintech Solutions. This person is detail oriented, has a roll-up-their-sleeves mentality, and can execute on tactical work to drive the success of our programs. Reporting to our sales leadership team, the Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with sales, client experience, and marketing teams to support acceleration of advisory NNA to Apex.
Duties/Responsibilities
Responsible for thorough sales meeting note taking, documentation of next steps and key blockers keeping Apex from advancing opportunities.
Collaborate with sales directors on creating meeting strategy preparation documents, setting internal preparation discussions, and updating sales materials (profitability analysis, presentations, prospect profiles) with information pertaining to the unique prospects we are collaborating with.
Coordinate with Sales Directors on effective follow up strategy tailored to the advisory firm Apex is engaged with prospecting.
Collaborate with Sales Directors to understand their sales processes and needs and discusses opportunities to provide support to accelerate efforts to capture net new assets.
Develop process and plans to execute on sales operations including maintenance and improvement of an advisory sales dashboard, communicating updates on key opportunities, and collaborating with revenue operations and marketing on potential enhancements in CRM system and other systems to improve processes.
Project manage relationship building between leadership at Apex and leadership of key enterprise advisory firms.
Execute tactical tasks and activities to support the implementation of business development programs and initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in the advisory industry.
FINRA Series 7 preferred
Experience in supporting sales operations within a complex environment preferred
Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to collaborate across various departments and functions
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and Microsoft Office 365.

Salary Range
$59,200-$74,000
The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
