Job Overview
We’re seeking an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to steer our organization towards operational excellence and innovative growth. Collaborating closely with the Chief Executive Officer, you will implement strategic initiatives that align with our mission-driven objectives, fostering a collaborative environment that drives measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate a robust organizational culture centered on accountability, innovation, and empowerment.
- Guide and mentor executive team members, including program Vice Presidents, to meet strategic and operational goals.
- Partner with leadership to craft and refine business strategies, ensuring cohesive alignment throughout the organization.
- Supervise operational and programmatic functions to optimize efficiency and enhance performance.
- Evaluate operations to identify opportunities for cost savings, program enhancements, or policy revisions.
- Design and implement innovative, mission-aligned programming and diverse funding strategies.
- Employ data-driven decision-making to establish program benchmarks, assess impact, and ensure financial viability.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Advocate for continuous quality improvement and outcome measurement in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Identify and adopt technologies, processes, and systems that enhance organizational effectiveness and resource utilization.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in mental health, social services, or a related discipline (postgraduate degree in leadership, business, or finance is preferred).
- Required licensure in MFT, LSW, PsyD, LPCC, or a pertinent field.
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least three years in an executive leadership capacity.
