We are searching for an experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) who will oversee all revenue-generating and growth-driving strategies, leading the global sales, marketing, and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader capable of spearheading growth initiatives, capitalising on the organisations market-leading collagen products, and driving expansion across direct sales, retail, and influencer channels. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the strategic direction and ensuring long-term financial health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Define and execute strategies to drive revenue growth across direct sales, retail, and digital platforms, ensuring profitability and market share expansion.
- Product Launches: Lead global product launches, optimising performance by aligning with market trends and consumer demands.
- Market Expansion: Strengthen existing markets while driving growth in emerging markets with targeted go-to-market strategies.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor high-performing teams in sales, marketing, and operations to achieve revenue objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage partnerships to unlock new revenue streams and expand market presence.
- Financial Strategy: Monitor revenue performance, improve forecasting accuracy, and align initiatives with financial goals.
- Innovation: Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities through innovative products and services.
