WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As the Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving strategic planning, implementing the rhythm of business, and ensuring forecast accuracy, all contributing to revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with the senior leadership team as well as cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance business predictability, and drive sales excellence.
- Rhythm of Business: Develop and lead the implementation of the business rhythm to ensure predictability, linearity, and sustainability
- Forecast Accuracy: Support the leadership team in driving forecast accuracy. Analyze sales performance against the forecast to identify the root causes of over- or underperformance. Evaluate risks and opportunities, and communicate clear and concise updates on business performance
- Strategic Planning: Own the annual and quarterly planning process, including setting the sales quota, territory design, and headcount planning
- Data Accuracy: Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain systems for accurate data collection, reporting, and analysis, ensuring high-quality, reliable data
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a champion for cross-functional collaboration. Partner with Sales, Finance, IT, and Project Management teams to ensure all metrics are reported accurately and on time
- Change Management: Lead efforts to implement and manage change within the sales organization, ensuring smooth transitions for new tools, processes, and methodologies. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of competencies, continuous improvement, and feedback
- Compliance & Process Management: Ensure compliance with policies and procedures through collaboration with relevant stakeholders, and proactively propose process improvements to enhance the productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency of the sales organization
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company
- Business acumen (understanding how KPIs and health metrics interact and how to influence them) and data literacy (being comfortable pulling data and building models to derive insights)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability – takes full responsibility for organizational, team, and personal commitments, and holds others accountable for delivering results in line with assigned responsibilities
- Proven ability to execute and drive results – demonstrates a relentless focus on achieving challenging goals and a strong commitment to following through on initiatives from start to finish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments and regions
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term planning and a demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving business needs
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience.
