Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) Automotive

Your Tasks
- Daily communication with customer and HQ
- Manage Pre-Series / Series / Aftersales demand and supply
- Manage critical demand and supply situation
- Monitoring PSI (Production / Shipment / Inventory) Simulation
- Manage and adjust production plan with company plant
- Manage the supply according to demand and prices
- Settle order list and process Purchase/Sales and Delivery Orders
- Manage the logistic and invoice processes &correct sales recognition
- Settle return parts, running changes, EOP, inventory and obsolete
- Manage and negotiate claimed cost and control pre-series cost
- Implement customer supply requirements (Packaging, Label etc.)
- Report regularly on actuals, issues and customer production status
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in Sales Operation/Sales Management, preferably in B2B area
- Experience in Automotive industry is a must have
- Experience with OEM business would be plus
- Microsoft office (Advanced excel usage is preferred)
- Strong customer orientation and ability to set priorities
- Very good English language skills German would be a plus
