What will you be doing?
- Ensure the rigorous and standardized implementation of commercial processes, initiatives, and operational protocols within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and oversee territory pricing environments with utmost precision, facilitating comprehensive pricing reviews in collaboration with key stakeholders from marketing and commercial teams.
- Serve as a critical cross-functional liaison between Territory Heads, Marketing, Commercial, and MarComms, representing the territory's interests in global projects and initiatives.
- Function as an indispensable strategic advisor to various members of the Sales Leadership team, contributing significantly to the development and execution of the territory's 5-year strategy.
- Conduct thorough quarterly analyses and reporting of key performance metrics, providing crucial insights to drive actions related to sales productivity, operational effectiveness, and the strategic alignment of commercial activities.
- Spearheaded mission-critical projects and initiatives focused on customer engagement, including the implementation of CRM systems and advanced customer insights/analytics tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Campaign Operations Lead to strategically prioritize annual territory campaigns, oversee their meticulous execution, and conduct rigorous reviews of campaign efficacy and ROI.
- Provide authoritative guidance on A&P spend allocation, ensuring effective planning and deployment of resources in strict alignment with strategic priorities.
Qualifications
What gives you an advantage?
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or equivalent extensive professional experience in the field is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in the vegetable seed market, including comprehensive understanding of marketplace dynamics, competitive environments, and customer needs.
- Exceptional customer focus coupled with proven creative problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced project management capabilities, essential for driving complex initiatives to completion.
- Superior communication and presentation skills, crucial for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Exemplary leadership and collaboration abilities, vital for cross-functional team success.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI and Salesforce is highly advantageous and will be viewed favorably.

- Salary Range: $97,000 to $121,000
