About the Role - Sales Head- Operations who handles day to day activities ranging from business development, customer relationship, team nurturing leader, handling escalations and becoming a key link between all the department
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture key relationships with major B2C & B2B clients & partners.
- Handle escalations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create and monitor KPIs, sales forecasts, and reports to track performance against targets.
- Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and other departments to improve operational effectiveness.
- Provide high-level client support for end-users, responding promptly to inquiries and technical problems.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer behaviour
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
