About The Role
As Sprig's
Senior Revenue Operations Leader, you will be the architect of our revenue engine, driving alignment, efficiency, and growth across our go-to-market teams. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our operations as we accelerate towards and exceed $100M ARR, leveraging cutting-edge AI solutions and data-driven strategies to optimize our sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be a strategic partner to leadership, providing critical insights and building the processes and systems that fuel our rapid expansion. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of a company at the forefront of autonomous product development, where your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of revolutionizing how products are built and experienced. You will also champion the adoption of AI tools to enhance revenue operations and drive us towards our vision of autonomous product development.
This role is based out of our San Francisco or New York office 4 days per week.
Your Impact
- Spearhead GTM Alignment: Architect a cohesive go-to-market strategy by driving collaboration and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success leadership, ensuring unified goals, seamless processes, and a scalable execution plan.
- Unlock Revenue Insights: Design, build and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, delivering actionable insights on pipeline health, lead conversion, retention rates, and overall revenue performance to guide strategic decision-making. Provide the leadership team, board and investors with clear visibility into our growth trajectory.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Optimize the entire revenue lifecycle by building and refining scalable processes for lead management, territory planning, sales enablement, forecasting, and renewals. Implement AI-driven automation and streamlining initiatives to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Maximize Tech Stack ROI: Oversee and optimize Sprig's revenue technology stack (including Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and maximum value extraction. Champion the adoption of new AI tools to enhance revenue operations capabilities.
- Fuel Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as a strategic liaison between sales, marketing, and customer success, fostering data sharing, collaborative initiatives, and alignment between demand generation, sales execution, and post-sale retention/expansion.
- Enable Predictable Growth: Partner with finance and sales leadership to develop data-driven revenue forecasts and territory plans, enabling predictable and sustainable growth as we scale beyond $100M+ ARR.
- Build a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
Your Strengths
- 8+ years of experience leading Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related function within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally through multiple funding rounds (Series B and beyond).
- Demonstrated success in scaling revenue operations from early stages to $100M ARR and beyond, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities at each stage.
- Expertise in the latest revenue technologies, including AI-powered solutions, with a proven ability to select, implement, integrate, and optimize tools to drive operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proven experience building alignment and driving collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams, resulting in improved performance and revenue outcomes.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.
- A track record of building, managing, and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on mentorship, empowerment, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Employee Pay Disclosure
The salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 - $225,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
