Role Overview
In this role you will be instrumental in initiating, implementing and driving strategic initiatives for the Distribution business. You will also be fostering high-value client partnerships (contract negotiation, relationship management), as well as leading teams across events, marketing, sponsorship, relationship management, sales support and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to maximize account growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with national accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of account managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and performance.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure delivery of seamless, innovative solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Track account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.
- Industry Insight: Stay informed on market trends to continually refine account management practices.
