What You’ll Do
- Be held accountable for your region’s revenue and internal headcount growth.
- Guide the team in meeting and exceeding gross margin goals and increasing fill rates.
- Construct, educate, mentor, and nurture a premium-grade sales and recruiting team.
- Lead, develop, and mentor your team working closely with them on a one-on-one basis.
- Use data and analytics to drive success managing to KPIs, metrics, and results.
What You Need
- Professional staffing leadership experience with a solid work history in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Track record of growth with a double-digit P&L.
- Ability to create layers of leadership to help foster growth within your region.
- A well-balanced background in sales, recruiting, and operations.
- Experience leading large teams and working at all levels within an organization being onsite 5 days a week.
- Keen eye for increasing profit margins, driving activity, and meeting rigorous client deadlines and demands.

COMPENSATION: $200-250K base plus bonus and equity
