Sales Operations Analyst
Our GTM Operations organization is actively seeking a Sales Operations Analyst who will primarily focus on maintaining data integrity and hygiene within our Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and optimize Salesforce database to ensure data integrity and hygiene
- Support data availability, cleanliness, process and governance initiatives
- Generate reports and analyze account data regularly and take appropriate actions with the data, field operations and IT teams
- Assist operations in reviewing data discrepancies and determine the best corrective action to inform future needs
- Support data quality maintenance and perform adjustment processes in Salesforce (related but not limited to account creation, duplicates, hierarchies, merge and deletion)
- Identify operational requirements and opportunities for improvement where applicable
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years total professional experience with 2+ years working with sales operations, master data management, sales systems, process, and tools
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM and Sales data management (inclusive of data quality and governance)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with Sales & Operations
- Must possess business acumen, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in team-based environment with multiple functional groups
- Understanding of core business processes in a B2B technology environment; sales, sales operations, marketing, customer support, professional services
- Undergraduate degree required
