WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
Our Sales Operations team sits at the heart of a rapidly growing Sales organization, and your responsibility as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be to manage end-to-end Sales Revenue forecasting, supporting an assigned Sales Segment. Your efforts will influence the entire spectrum of our sales cycle, driving improved sales efficiencies and ultimately helping the sales team meet their targets. You will be an integral part of the operational backbone of the company and will have cross-functional interactions with nearly every department in the company. A successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to proactively and effectively work with all organizational levels within a fast-moving high-technology company. Your success in this arena, as well your ability to take initiative and solve a variety of problems, will open up pathways toward owning a higher-level of responsibilities within Go-To-Market Operations.
What You'll Do
- Support your assigned Sales Leaders within the SMB and Commercial segment, CRO and COO in managing Revenue, Renewals, Pipeline and Sales Capacity.
- Manage Sales Process Verification; Including the deal review and forecasting processes
- Enhance the process for deal review and forecasting.
- Execute the sales processes with the sales leadership team and individual sales reps to achieve revenue goals.
- Working closely with the management team to ensure individuals territories are setup properly and work through any modifications that are needed to ensure the best performance.
- Produce insightful reporting on the overall performance of the business and potential areas of opportunity
- Sales Execution; Identify process inefficiencies and ineffectiveness in Sales Programs
- Create tools, processes, mechanisms, and automation that reduce the burden on our sales teams and functional partners in supporting sales’ objectives.
- Diligently plan initiatives, readying the sales organization through top-down communication and peer-driven social campaigns which clearly highlight why the old method is no longer appropriate and what must specifically change to meet new business conditions.
- Isolate and reinforce the behaviors (including skills and time-spend) of our best sales people and managers. Ensure any guidance or enablement we provide is based on best demonstrated practice.
- Actively monitor implementation of new initiatives, root causing the barriers to adoption, and quickly taking corrective action.
Skills And Experience
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required
- 3-5 Years Professional Work Experience
- Finance, Operations or Consulting Experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other Software-as-a-Service a plus
- Excellent Business Analytics Tools Skills
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Skills
- Tableau and SQL is a plus
- Comfortable working in a startup like environment that is fast-paced and nebulous; demonstrating tenacity and resiliency
- Ability to take in evidence from multiple sources, analyze, and make decisions quickly
- Tendency to see 'the big picture' and use that to prioritize and drive business value in the right ways
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as contribute to a cross-functional and global teams
- Positive attitude; takes ownership and initiative to fix problems and move on quickly
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, provide innovation, learn quickly
- Highly analytical with strong problem solving and judgment skills
- Naturally curious about how organizations scale
- Strong time management skills; Ability to multi-task and to quickly change pace on a moment’s notice

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to foster and maintain positive relationships with sales and internal departments.
- Strong belief in the value of customer service; delivering polished, calm and confident communications
