Title: Sales Operations Analyst (English/Chinese Bilingual)
Department: TOKCCAZ
Status: Salary (Exempt)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
SUMMARY:
Function: Support sales operations to ensure proper ordering and inventory management is maintained using ERP system and facilitate prompt communication between customer and manufacturing.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university.
- Minimum of two years’ experience supporting sales reps and sales territories or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Collect data to create and organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
- Update and maintain customer database by inputting customer profile information.
- Input invoice and bill-back data.
- Analyze, consolidate, and forward daily action summaries to managers.
- Use data to investigate the logistical history to resolve order and inventory problems.
- Research and offer products, promotions, and pricing information to new and existing customers.
- Provide sales projections by creating and sending sales tracking reports.
- Report any inventory or service issues to management immediately.
- Respond to internal TOKCCAZ and TOKA inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems.
- Instruct and guide users in the use of equipment, software, and manuals.
- Recommend and/or perform actions to correctly solve problems.
- Interpret, distill, and present complicated and/or technical information to employees, customers, and others in understandable and relatable terms to aid and enhance levels of understanding and implementation.
- Use and operate a computer, office equipment and other technology devices frequently and consistently throughout each day with a high degree of skill, accuracy, and independent judgment for the purpose of reviewing, analyzing, creating, transmitting, and presenting documents, data, and other business-related information.
- Perform other necessary duties and tasks as requested.
REQUIRED PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency with MS Office programs.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English and Chinese (verbal/written).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Periodical
Attending annual and/or quarterly refresher courses related to hazardous waste management and handling, general safety, quality management, and environmental management.

This position primarily works in a temperature-controlled, sometimes high-pressure office environment.
