Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Operations Manager to oversee and expand the sales efforts across multiple Med Spa locations within the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to meet business goals. This role requires someone with a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, mentor, and develop regional teams by providing regular coaching and feedback. Set expectations, train staff, and manage employee performance, with a focus on optimizing scheduling utilization. Monitor and analyze sales and operational performance metrics to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met, implementing strategies to improve underperforming areas.
- Staffing & Development: Participate in sourcing, hiring, and training for regional staffing needs, ensuring that all locations are adequately staffed and trained. Handle employee development, discipline, and separations in accordance with company policies.
- Travel & On-Site Audits: Conduct weekly visits to regional locations. Perform weekly on-site audits to assess compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, and ensure operational efficiency and maximized return on investment.
- Sales & Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisition strategies to expand market share. Develop strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Financial Oversight: Review monthly P&L reports and bi-weekly payroll data for the region, providing recommendations to improve financial performance by increasing revenue and decreasing expenses. Manage regional sales budgets and forecasts to ensure profitability.
- KPI Reporting & Improvement: Review weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify operational gaps and areas for improvement. Implement action plans to close performance gaps and drive operational success.
- Market Research & Strategy: Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team on regional promotions, sales campaigns, and community outreach initiatives that drive engagement and revenue.
- Operational Excellence: Plan and implement daily practices to ensure the efficient use of resources and HR policies. Identify and address operational issues in regional facilities and implement solutions to resolve these challenges.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all locations adhere to company policies and are compliant with local, state, and federal laws. Ensure facilities are properly maintained, and equipment meets operational standards.
- Goal Setting & Reporting: Assist locations in setting and achieving both short- and long-term operational and staffing goals. Execute proper administration and timely submission of reports, documentation, and other required information.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with spa managers and other departments to align operations with company objectives and deliver a seamless client experience. Provide sales training focused on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Ad Hoc Projects: Support additional projects and tasks as needed to meet regional and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of sales management experience, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or spa industry. Multi-location management experience required.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to exceed performance expectations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present sales data and strategies to leadership.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in using CRM tools, sales forecasting, and performance metrics analysis.
- Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within the region to support and manage multiple spa locations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
