We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage customer contracts, renewals, and expansion processes, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company goals.
In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to oversee deal closures, track key customer milestones, and maintain efficient invoicing and payment processes.

What you'll do here:
Draft and manage customer renewal and expansion contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and revenue goals.
Oversee the electronic contract signing process for customer expansion deals, ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Coordinate the HubSpot deal closing process for expansions, ensuring seamless handoff to the invoicing team in Intacct.
Develop and manage the HubSpot renewal pipeline, tracking and maintaining key customer milestones for timely renewals.
Collaborate with customers to obtain and verify purchase orders, ensuring alignment with contract terms to support efficient order processing and accurate billing.
Partner with sales and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive communication and alignment on customer account management.
Proactively identify and address outstanding payments, following up with customers on past due accounts to ensure timely resolution.
Oversee and manage company accounting email inboxes for both US and EMEA regions, ensuring responsive communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams on all accounting matters.
What we're looking for:
2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
Familiarity with SaaS billing systems (e.g. HubSpot, Intacct, Stripe)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills for customer interaction
Bonus points:
Relevant college degree
Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing practices
