Key Customers
- Inside sales and project support teams in LV
- Sales Directors in training staff and communicating consistent systems and processes
- Engineering, production and shipping teams in ensuring sales procedures and actions are optimizing the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage our project management team
- Onboard, train, and mentor new sales and project management employees across the organization
- Support and delegate work volume during times of high volume with transparency to customers/ clients
- Gather user and internal customer feedback including engineering, production, outside sales to refine and optimize procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess team effectiveness
- Use feedback into best practices and implement across facilities
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Continuously improve sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate excellent communication with inside sales and support team and other key partners
Requirements
Other Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude
Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
Travel requirement: Required as needed average is 25% or less
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Experience: Proven experience as a manager or in a similar leadership role. 3+ years related experience and/or training in a project management, sales, or sales support role.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or fellow team members.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to multitask and be a problem solver.
